As someone who walks an hour five times a week at a pretty good pace, I have requisites for my feet besides a great sneaker. I was looking for a medium weight sock to wear with new bike shoes and these are perfect. I machine wash them and hang to dry. They dry very quickly which will be helpful on an upcoming potentially rainy bike trip.

The socks feel fantastic soft and comfy.

I’ve had two foot surgeries on my right foot and the Balega Silver socks are the only ones I’ll wear. They support my arches and mid foot as well as provide enough cushion on the ball of my foot (where I had my foot surgery). I also have dishydrotic eczema on the soles of my feet which can make my skin dry yet sweat (due to a compromised skin barrier. But these socks are soft on my skin and do not worsen my eczema. In fact, they’re helpful when my feet get sweaty because they don’t end up smelling. Every year I buy a couple new pairs of these socks. And I still have my first pair that I bought many may years ago. I’ll never wear another sock. That’s how much I love these!

Son had a hard time with no show socks until we found Balega Silver. The no-show are a little higher in back of foot/heel, protecting heel from rubbing on collar of sneaker.
They hold up very well too. Nike socks are trash compared to Balega!
