USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail is the preferred shipping method for Sock Geek. We have found that USPS offers our customers the fastest, most reliable, and more often than not the least expensive method of delivery. If you wish to receive your shipment via another method or carrier (FedEx, Airborne, UPS, Emery, etc.) please contact Sock Geek at email@example.com for a quote.
Our goal is to get your socks to you as quickly as possible. All orders received by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time are shipped directly to you the same day. All orders received after this time will ship next day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. All orders received on a mailing holiday will ship the first business day proceeding the holiday.

TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order is entered into the Sock Geek system and is labeled for shipment you will receive via e-mail a shipping confirmation. The confirmation will provide the tracking number required for you to track final delivery to you. You can check the delivery status of your package online through the USPS website by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
PACKAGING ORDERS TO SHIP
In order to reduce shipping expenses to our customers and Sock Geek we mail the majority of our orders in high density, tear resistant, waterproof poly bags. Historically we have found that our customers receive their socks in pristine condition when properly packaged in the poly bags. For larger orders that exceed the capacity of a poly bag a standard shipping box will be used.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is a safe and secure location for receiving their order. Sock Geek is NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier the order will be considered delivered and is now the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be no refunds or credits on lost or stolen orders once delivered.
