Good socks but needed to probably have ordered a larger size.

Perfect Long Run Sock

Recently ran a marathon and several 20 milers in these and they performed perfectly. I have many different brands and styles of socks. Darn Tough's no cushion is my absolute favorite. Perfect thickness, moisture wicking, balance of softness, and a snug fit.

Thicker socks tend to hold moisture during long runs, other brands no cushion tend to feel more abrasive, etc. I also have a fit that is somewhat wide, but not enough for a wide shoe, so a thinner sock helps with shoe feel.

Great for tight shoes

I own a lot of DT running socks. These are my favorites to use with shoes that are just a bit too tight. They are thin but durable and comfotable. I am size 12 which is borderline for sizing. I can use either L or XL. Regardless of the season, I use different thicknesses of socks to adjust shoe fit.
