STANDARD SHIPPING
All United States and Canadian orders that DO NOT qualify for free shipping, see above, will be charged $4.95 for USPS Priority Mail (2-days) at the time of check-out. Orders to Canada ship 1st Class International Mail.
USPS Priority Mail is the preferred shipping carrier for Sock Geek. We have found that USPS Priority Mail offer our customers the fastest, easiest to track, and most reliable method of delivery. If you wish to receive your shipment via another method or carrier (FedEx, Airborne, UPS, Emery, etc.) please contact Sock Geek at info@sockgeek.com for a quote.
Note: Unlike many other online businesses postage and handling charges are not a profit center for Sock Geek. We only charge what it costs us to mail your socks to you in a timely and safe manner.
IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Our goal is to get all orders received by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time shipped directly to you the same day. All orders received after this time will ship next day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. All orders received on a mailing holiday will ship the first business day proceeding the holiday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept international orders, but due to the additional processing time, postage, and risk to ship internationally we cannot extend our USA shipping rates or free shipping offer.
All international orders ship via USPS 1st Class International Postage and usually take 8 to 10 days for delivery, possibly longer, depending on the destination and customs requirements.
For all international destinations, excluding Canada, Sock Geek charges a flat shipping fee upfront of $12.00 regardless of weight. If the final weight of the package exceeds the flat rate we reserve the right to charge the customer the additional amount that was required to ship the package.
Important Notice: The purchaser maybe responsible for additional taxes, tariffs, or other destination charges that might be imposed by the country where the shipment is being delivered. For questions regarding possible additional shipping expenses we suggest contacting the postal service located in your destination country.
APO ORDERS
FREE shipping on all APO orders. Thank you to all of you who serve!
We do accept APO orders but can only guarantee delivery to the APO and not the final destination.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order is entered into the Sock Geek system and is labeled for shipment you will receive via e-mail a shipping confirmation. The confirmation will provide the tracking number required for you to track your package as it makes its way to you. You can track your package online through the USPS website by using the tracking number provided.
Note: 1st Class International Postage does not provide a tracking number.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customers responsibility to ensure their delivery address is a safe and secure location for receiving their order. Their is NO signature confirmation on USPS Priority Mail deliveries. Sock Geek is NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once a delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier, in most cases USPS, the order will be officially delivered to the customer and is now the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be no refunds or credits on lost or stolen orders once delivered.
