SOCK GEEK RETURNS
Notice: Sock Geek will not accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been used. If you have a concern about the fit or style please feel free to try them on after carefully removing them from their packaging. Keep in mind, once you put your shoes on and take them out for a run or walk they are no longer returnable.
Socks eligible for exchange or refund must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original packaging in good condition when received at our warehouse.
If you need to return a portion of your purchase please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Send your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org and please include:
- Date of Purchase
- Detail of what you wish to return
- Reason for return
*** Sock Geek will refuse all returns that do not have return authorization.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30-days from the original delivery date. Sock Geek will not accept socks for return after 30-days.
Return postage is at the buyers expense.
"Clearance" socks are NOT eligible for return.
Sock Geek reserves the right to recover any out-bound shipping costs on return orders that were originally eligible for free shipping.
There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all refunds when the return amount exceeds 50% of the original total on purchases over $100.00.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?
Contact us immediately at email@example.com with your original order number and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation in a timely manner. Sock Geek is responsible for all shipping expenses in these incidents.
I just want to exchange for a different sock, how?
Once you have contacted Sock Geek and secured a return authorization number the sock(s) must be returned at the buyers expense. Once the sock(s) are received by Sock Geek and judged to be in returnable condition, the replacement socks will be sent after any cost adjustments are made.

Note: Please keep the tracking number for the return package to ensure it’s received by our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
How will I be refunded?
In all cases, refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for processing.
