Sock Geek Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#).  All returns within 14-days of delivery are eligible for exchange, credit or refund.  Returns over 14-days but less than 30-days from delivery date will be eligible for exchange or credit only.  After 30-days from delivery date Sock Geek will not accept socks for return.

Note:  Sock Geek cannot accept returns on damaged socks after 30-days from delivery due to the fact that we cannot control the handling or miss use of the socks.  Improper washing, improperly fitting footwear, biomechanical (i.e. bunions, excessively dry skin, etc.) and hygiene issues (i.e. long toe-nails), as well as wearing the socks for uses other than those intended in their original design are all factors that will damage the socks and accelerate wear.

Note:  Return postage is at the buyers expense.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?

Contact us immediately at returns@sockgeek.com with your original order number and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation in a timely manner. Sock Geek is responsible for all shipping expenses in these incidents.

I just want to exchange for a different sock, how?

Once you have contacted Sock Geek and secured a return authorization number the sock(s) must be returned at the buyers expense.  Once the sock(s) are received by Sock Geek and judged to be in returnable condition, the replacement socks will be sent after any cost adjustments are made.

How do I get a return authorization number?

E-mail us at returns@sockgeek.com with your original order number and item(s) you wish to return.  No items will be accepted by our warehouse that do not have a return authorization number issued by Sock Geek.

Once you have secured your return authorization number (RA#) please send your return to:

Note:  Please keep the tracking number for the return package to ensure it’s received by our warehouse.  We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

How will I be refunded?

In all cases, refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original method of payment.  We will refund 100% of the purchase price minus the original shipping charges when issuing a refund.  Refunds will only be given on items returned with a Sock Geek issued return authorization number (RA#).

Can I return clearance item purchases?

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for refund on clearance items.
