Drymax has gradually become the top performing trail sock over the past few years. Drymax researchers (Gus) know that people are beginning to go longer and farther on the trails thus the demand on the socks are increasing. Taking their outstanding existing trail sock design and then adding PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylen) infused fabric the sock is ready to protect your feet over the long haul. Developed by DuPont PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction against any solid. Less friction equals less problems!
Trail dirt inside a sock is a bad thing; it can easily cause blisters or rib the skin raw. To prevent dirt and debris from getting inside Drymax Max Pro Trail Run the traditional vents have been effectively eliminated. Air gets in for cooling but trail grime stays out! In addition, the socks’ double welted leg has extra padding around the ankle. This extra padding protects the leg, and seals the top of the shoe to keep out dirt & debris.
Wet feet can be a trail runner’s worst enemy, and getting wet feet is almost inevitable. The Drymax Max Pro Trail Run socks’ Dual Layer Moisture Elimination System actually removes sweat, sweat vapors, and water from the skin through the inner Drymax layer to the outer absorbent layer. An added bonus is the double welt top is made of Drymax fibers to repel water, so when a runner splashes through a creek, the top of the socks stay dry.
Drymax Max Pro Trail Run socks are a medium+ density protective padded sock. Dense padding is used, as opposed to thick padding, as it protects feet without adversely affecting the fit of the shoes. Flat toe seam, vented arch band, and Y-heel optimizes the fit. Micro Zap anti-bacterial control. Reinforced at all of the key spots to deliver long-term fit and durability.
